We’re excited to announce that Todd Farmer has joined the Sprocket Board of Directors—bringing with him a rare combination of legal expertise, entrepreneurial grit, and a deep passion for helping businesses thrive in Western Kentucky.
A Career Spanning Law, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship
Todd’s professional journey is a masterclass in building and scaling businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
Today, Todd is one of the founders of Farmer & Wright, a law firm that operates across Kentucky. Before launching Farmer & Wright in 2011, he spent a decade as a partner at Stout Farmer & King. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Arthur Andersen in Cincinnati and Deloitte & Touche in Lexington, advising hundreds of companies—from startups finding their footing to large corporations preparing for public offerings.
His expertise doesn’t stop with professional services. Todd has also served as president of a restaurant development company, giving him firsthand experience navigating the challenges of growth, team building, and market expansion.
A Passion for Innovation and Community Impact
Todd’s connection to Sprocket is rooted in his passion for working alongside entrepreneurs and innovators.
“I love working with entrepreneurs and companies trying to find new ways to do things,” Todd shared. “I really like the direction that Sprocket is heading, and I believe it can have a positive impact on the business community in the area.”
