A longtime champion of West Kentucky’s startup ecosystem, John is no stranger to Sprocket. He served on our board for several years, most recently as our 2024 Board Chair. Now, he’s stepping into a new role that’s all about helping founders validate, grow, and scale smart.
As co-founder of Kalleo Technologies, business coach, and startup mentor, John brings deep experience guiding early-stage entrepreneurs through the journey from idea to traction. His superpower? Helping founders avoid costly mistakes and build startups that actually work.
This year, John is leading our Market Fit Lab, a structured, hands-on program designed to help startups find product-market fit. With 15 startups currently participating, the program uses proven methodologies to help founders test assumptions, validate demand, and build scalable business models—before burning through time and capital.
