Tiffany’s story isn’t just one of job titles—it’s a story of community. Originally from Paducah, Tiffany took a detour through the hustle and bustle of New York before finding her way back home. After years of grinding in the fast-paced hospitality scene, she found herself craving something different—something more grounded, more connected, and more purposeful. That’s when she discovered Sprocket, and it was like stepping into a whole new world.
“I didn’t know this kind of community existed here in Paducah,” Tiffany says. “You come in through this small door, and suddenly there’s this wide, incredible space full of opportunity, full of people who want to help you grow. It was exactly what I needed.”
