Big things are happening at Sprocket, and behind every big move is a team of people making it all possible. Every year, we elect new officers to our Board of Directors—leaders who bring fresh ideas, deep experience, and a serious passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed.
This year’s group? They’re the real deal. They’ve built businesses, led teams, and know exactly what it takes to turn an idea into something real. We couldn’t be more excited to have them steering the ship in 2025.
Introducing, Sprocket's Newest Board Officers
Every year, Sprocket elects new officers to its Board of Directors to help guide the organization’s vision and strategy. These leaders play a key role in shaping Sprocket’s growth, supporting entrepreneurs, and ensuring we continue to be a valuable resource for startups and innovators in Western Kentucky. With experience across industries, they bring fresh perspectives and a shared commitment to building a stronger, more connected entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Ines Rivas-Hutchins — Board Chair
If anyone knows how to take an idea and build it into something big, it’s Ines. As the founder and president of INTEC Group, she’s led her company to over $200 million in federal contracts, making it one of the top woman-owned government contracting firms in Western Kentucky. She’s a powerhouse leader, and now she’s bringing that same energy to Sprocket.

“I’m honored to serve as Chair of Sprocket’s Board and to support the incredible work this organization does for our region,” Ines said. “As a small business owner, I’m passionate about helping other entrepreneurs and startups take off, and Sprocket provides the resources and support to make that happen. The growth we’ve seen in recent years is just the beginning, and with an amazing team behind us, I’m excited to continue building momentum and creating even more opportunities for our community.”
Jared Riley — Vice Chair

Jared is a tech guy through and through. As VP of Software Engineering at Computer Services, Inc., he leads a global team that’s constantly innovating in the fintech space. He knows how to take an idea and scale it—and that’s exactly what he’ll help Sprocket do as we continue to grow our impact.
Terry Bradley — Treasurer
Terry has been in banking and finance for over 40 years, so when it comes to managing money and making smart financial moves, he’s the guy you want in your corner. As Senior VP at The Paducah Bank and Trust Company, he’s helped countless businesses make strategic decisions for long-term success. He’ll bring that same steady hand to Sprocket as we expand programs and resources for founders.

Terri Lundberg — Secretary
Terri’s been in the trenches as an entrepreneur. She ran and sold a successful business and now works in commercial development, helping businesses grow. She’s been where so many of our founders are—navigating the highs and lows of building something from scratch. That perspective is huge, and she’ll help keep Sprocket focused on what really matters: providing real, tangible support to the entrepreneurs in our community.

So, what's next?
With this crew at the helm, we’re looking at another year of serious momentum. Expect more resources, more connections, and even bigger opportunities for startups, small businesses, and innovators across Western Kentucky.
And if you’re a founder, creator, or business owner looking to take your idea to the next level—now’s the time to plug into Sprocket.
2025 is going to be a big year. Let’s build something great together!
